I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, the staff demanded extra money, claiming that since I had booked the room at a lower price through MMT, I needed to pay more. They also charged additional fees for AC usage, even though I only stayed in the room for 6–7 hours and the AC was never even switched on. The room was unclean, and the washroom was in poor condition. I am extremely dissatisfied with both the hotel and MMT’s service, as it seems they do not verify the condition or pricing of the hotels they list. I will never book this hotel again and am seriously reconsidering using MMT for future bookings.
