Terrible Stay
First, at the checkin hotel asked me to pay more. I called mmt and it was taken care. I am thankful for that. But more problems started afterwards. I have not been provided with basic facilities like bath towel, dental kit etc. They have taken water and electric kattle away right in front of me saying all this is not included in your stay. Later when i requested for atleast some water. They have given unsealed water bottle. Their water geyser was also not working properly. It was not good. If they can't provide these general facilities. Why do they mention about it in the given price?

Hotel denied my booking, and asked for extra charges, so i didn't stay there, please refund my money back asap
