Review Of Hotel O Sunrise

Very bad experience.

The Hotel is located in main. It's easy to access from Airport.

Worst ever experience in this hotel. In my opinion, a reputed online booking site like MMT should not display this type of hotel in their website. To start with, we have to pass two nights without AC in spite of booking AC room. They have intentionally placed a defective AC inside the room. The AC was giving hot air instead of cool air. Next morning I complained regarding this but they don't took any action to repair the same. There was no water supply in the room for 12 hrs, in spite of complaining, no action taken. Ultimately I have to use slang language to retain water supply in the room for bathing. A Scrap refrigerator has been kept inside the room for no purpose. The room was also not properly maintained and cleaned, with bedsheets not so clean. There was no dustbin inside the room. The location of hotel is far away from main city of port blair and inside a congested marketplace. Restaurant, by the side of hotel is also not standard. Overall, very worst experience and beyond my expectation.
