Most of the lights are not working,power cuts but didn’t started generator staff saying Disel shortage, even reception staff doesn’t pick calls.no electric kettle and could not provide tea at 7.30, I told him to provide breakfast but he could not arrange it upto 8.30 am, finally we checked out and complete our breakfast on other restaurant and finally reached airport

We were stayed in couple room. Room maintain very well. Rest room door and main door need to maintain.Over all food and stay very good.

Staffs were very courteous. Scope for improvement: (1) restaurant is operational for limited hours and food choice is also limited considering the fact that there is no nearby eateries. (2) intercom was found not working

location and room was clean but food was not good and I my room TV and AC was not working,after complaint,my room was changed,No in room dining available,Food was below average

I stayed with my family for one night at this hostel. I believe it was memorable, safe and healthy stay. Overall, it reflected value back to money spent.

Reservation was for executive room by paying but provided accomodation of delux room. When i inquir at hotel he replied you can cancel which was not fair.

Stay price is high. Food is good because menu price is nice. Hotel behaviour is OK bcos if you want anything in room you will have to remind them 2-3 times If you go directly to them they don't allow easily and don't reduce in amount even 100-200rs.

provided more than what was promised in the booking. love the hospitality of the entire staff. they even provided complimentary candle light dinner and helped and guided me in my trip and booking various tickets. wonderful owner and wonderful staff. an excellent service at such a low price. must visit

Pleasant stay with average food quality. Pick and drop was charged. Hygiene was average. Staff was polite.

Location was convenient, not far from the airport, around 4 odd kms. The rooms are comfortable with good staff and service, food was excellent.

It is a very good hotel. It is much better than the hotel we stayed in before. we did not face any problem in this hotel.

We were tired after the journey, during the check in they given cold drink , we were feeling completely at home. We also had a candle light dinner at hotel the entire team made very good arrangement for us thank you team and special thanks to chef for their tasty food.
