Actually iam not satisfied the service Room also not comfortable But so different in Google photos nd direct when we seen its terrible 😔 Very very bad experience Food also no taste

Hi, neat, but too far from the airport, moreover, power cut no AC continuous working and not hot water also not coming more and also not comparable to others, but it like a three star and mainly they are not giving the iron box because I am coming for official purpose. I had to pay an extra charge for staying one additional hour because the hotel's check-out time did not match the check-out time mentioned. The check-in and check-out times of the hotel were not aligned with the schedule.

We upgraded our room from superior to Super Delux with an additional amount of Rs 500/- per night . This was really quiet big room . Location is good . Market is very nearby . Food is average . Other amenities is absolutely average

hotel staff are deaf and dumb . They are not capable to resolve even a minor fault. Pathetic and horrible hotel to stay.

very close to the airport (10minutes), near and clean, good furnishing above all Great Host! We just wanted a place to pass the night to catch an early morning flight, other hotels were booked so took a chance with this one and it turned out to be a Gem. we were tired and tried the hotel restro and the food was fantastic, presented in a clean decent, nice ambience. Above all the host lady was very gracious. we requested am early morning checkout and she offered a packed breakfast without asking!!

food was excellent… but rooms were smelly .. better maintain better moisture in rooms

I will not recommend hotel red carpet to my friends and relatives. First of all they allotted me a ground floor room with double bed and told me that all other room is booked. they allotted me a better room in 3rd floor with one extra single bed but from 2nd day lift was out of order. Even they did not offer us welcome drink when i reminded them they told me they will serve on next day but they didn't. Rain water coming through the window above comode in such a way it was not possible to use comode during shower. The only good thing is room and bathroom are clean and good but overpriced in comparison to similar hotel.

Budget hotel with small bathroom ideal for 2 people, not ideal for relaxing more than a day

I am 64 old. Little difficalty walk to 104 room. They put me in the lift when it closed the lift not putting my things in lift that lift had problem i taped loudly then only tried to open. Then i do not know which direction i have to go and find out my room. Room was very hot. I tried my best to find out the reason. Ac was 29 degree celsius. Then put ac on 19. After few minutes 3 ledies came to my room one of the lady worked with ac. I asked for tv not working. So i bad experiences from red carpet hottel. Good byto red carpet now. Thanks all.

Hotel situated near in the market area, room neat and clean, room well furnished, food very good (price also ok, i took delux room 104, if u want wash the cloth there is terece, u can keep there and dry it,

Value for money, tasty food. Special thanks to restaurant manager and chef who prepared food based on our need, customised on kid need public transport is easily available at door step
