Thanks for the message. Following were the issues faced by us yesterday & today morning. The management here has shifted us to another room (named Royal room) 1. No Water supply around midnight yesterday. After several escalations & aggressive follow ups it got restored at 4.30am. 2. The bathroom door cannot be closed & locked. The front desk person came & saw. 3. The bed linen was stinking. Again on several requests it got changed at 5am today morning. 4. No extra pillows were available & they supplied us with a sofa cushion - again dirty 5. The hotwater kettle had no auto cut-off once the water boils. It was burning hot when we wanted to use it. 6. Hotel has no hand towels 7. The staff were reacting very rudely due to our escalations.

Regarding breakfast, we usually offer a wide spread buffet when the number of in-house guests is above 10 pax. For a smaller number of guests, we provide a freshly prepared set breakfast instead to ensure quality and freshness. Our stay was was nice. The staff were friendly and they have recently renovated the property as the staff told us. The property looks nice and theyve just added a swimming pool which is at the beautiful location. The location of the propery is also near to the jetty for havelock

we had a great stay at hotel driftwood, the amenities of the rooms were nice and food of the hotel is excellent. specially the roof top restaurant has an amazing view . the cherry on the cake is the swimming pool it's clean and in the middle of greenery
