Review Of Hotel O Shree Laxmi Palace

It's ridiculous... What they are doing is customers are booking rooms from MMT & when i reached their they said we don't have any rooms , get your refund back.... And this booking was totally non refundable... You can see i had booked another hotel just after this booking and stayed there.. Your brand value is getting ruined as we as customers are paying to you on your platform and not getting rooms at the hotel... I had made a video as well .. please contact me and help me to get my money back...

It was an official trip. Hotel staff is very good and takes care of everything you want also helped in guiding for the tourist places. As a destination it is an excellent place. Location of the hotel is very good as it was near to the transportation over all good.

The hotel is good which is situated at 1 Km distance from ISBT towards Subzi Mandi. The minus point is that the approaching road has become very narrow due to construction of Flyover and lot of dust is on the road. Standard rooms are in very poor condition but Deluxe Rooms are neatly maintained. The staff response & support is appreciable, very courteous and helping. My overall, experience with this hotel is average.

It was the most cheapest stay I'm Dehradun one can afford.. It was value for money.. In the mid of the city.. Rooms are clean and makes you feel refreshing.. In short this the best deal one can have.

Nice stay but more scope is available. Phone update is required on website. Location is at right place. Highly cooperative staff. Due to non updation of phone numbers on site and confirmation voucher, our one hour was wasted in searching the location.
