This place was amazing for my solo trip. Clean room, nice staff, and a cozy feel. Perfect for solo travelers!

🌟 Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Review Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Maintenance, Clinic & Staff Behaviour I stayed at this hotel for 3 days, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Here are the major issues I faced: 1. Clinic Facilities (★☆☆☆☆) The clinic was not well-maintained and lacked basic hygiene and medical readiness. In case of any health issue, don't expect timely or professional support here. 2. Maintenance (★☆☆☆☆) The rooms and common areas were in poor condition. The bathroom fittings were either broken or leaking, the air conditioning hardly worked, and the overall cleanliness was substandard. 3. Staff Behaviour (★☆☆☆☆) The staff was rude and uncooperative. Basic courtesy and customer service were completely missing. I felt ignored and disrespected multiple times when I tried to bring issues to their attention. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. There are far better options available nearby that actually care about their guests' comfort and health. Avoid this place unless the management seriously improves their facilities and trains their staff in hospitality.

The hotel offered a steady and comforting environment that made my solo travel experience truly pleasant.

I have ask for sanitized the room front of me but they keep saying it's already sanitized and lift not working at night can't get minimal seal bottle they provide only Hotel minimal water

Its very easy to locate and surrounded by local market.
