Terrible Stay

The staff of the reasort are very unprofessional, rude and non responsive. The hygiene and cleaning are really bad. The hospitality part is pathetic and have to call house keeping for each items even for dental kit. The food is very limited in the menu and the taste of the food is so bad that we have not eaten 10% of the foods we have ordered.

Wifi was having poor connectivity with very low speed, the TV was not even smart, so this exacerbated the issue of poor wifi, I included an extra bed in my package but I have to ask thrice just to get that bed.

Poor Stay

Location is good. Good spacious room. No activity for children & teen age. Swimming pool is good. Due to Diwali staff problem. Breakfast is regular. Not up to the mark. Dinner is good. Mail Manager behaviour is not good. To much arrogance and attitude. My booking is from Make my trip. Make my trip is not take action against this property till now.

This is a really well planned hotel. It is a perfect getaway for people looking for a break from busy city life. Amazing food and friendly staff made our stay perfect. Rooms are spacious. The location is lush green. It is on the outskirts and thus away from noise and pollution. At the same time it is within the city limits so one can easily book a cab or rickshaw online.
