*Terrible Experience at Hotel O Sai Vishram, Bangalore* I'm extremely disappointed with my stay at Hotel O Sai Vishram in Bangalore. Despite booking online, the hotel demanded extra money upon arrival. They were aggressive in their approach, making it clear that we had no choice but to comply. The room was subpar, resembling a lodge more than a hotel room. To make matters worse, they demanded extra money for the AC, refusing to provide the remote control unless we paid. The room was infested with cockroaches, making the experience even more unpleasant. This hotel takes the title of the worst I've ever stayed at. Avoid it at all costs.

On arrival, The hotel staffs denied our admission. Staffs informed like, the hotel is not associated with MMT since 2022. But, the wondering thing is, still this hotel is showing on the top of list. Still I didn’t received any single penny as refund. #PNR-******

I have payed extra money, room is not clean bed cover pillow cover are horrible, hot water only in morning, they denying booking, not treated well by staffs

This hotel is a horrible experience for us, they denied our check in at first by saying our name doesn't reflect in their system, such a horrible person that receptionist is, after requesting him to check the system again he turns out to be scolding us by avoiding not to show us the system to check my name in there. Later when we saw our name then he put down his head and tried to deny my booking and asking for extra payment. That receptionist is a ridiculous person, no manners at all towards the customer. Action needs to be taken on him.
