Review Of Hotel O Rio

The hotel staff is not even providing water to drink. This is the first experience of my life that there is no facility even for drinking water in the hotel. This is a very bad experience in my life

They have asked me to pay an extra 500.

Terrible. Primarily and most importantly, the hotel refuse to give room on paid booking.

The experience was horrible they took an extra rs. 250 per day from me. There was no soap in the wash room and no drinking water provided stff was argued that why did you pay

Good but room maintenance is not good and food facility not there and no room service and not clean bathroom and room ac not working properly rain session water is coming in room from windows and bathroom tap not working properly water leakage in bathroom. flush tank is not working room is full of cockroach and Spyders bedsheet are not clean. And the oyo hotels is running 1,2 hour couples service which dirty things do in oyo hotels very bad for Oyo this hotels not for family members dirty things in rooms

The hotel management took extra 2000rs from me

Asked for extra money 1000. Worst staff

No proper fesility at hotel they demand extra amount for room they collect from me if you pay online once you reach the hotel they demand otherwise they won't give room this is bad experience

I book where i paid and at the time of check in owner himself asked me to pay 900 extra to check in that they won't accept booking. totally i paid for room. they are screwing travelers who is in needy to check in that take advantage.

food not available at the hotel.... hygiene was not there... they don't have enough staff....if u need anything they take easily 30 min. to come back to you...lift was pathetic... no lights in corridor.... will never visit this hotel
