Poor show
businessNo remote for TV, no remote for AC, dirty bedsheet, no bucket in the bathroom. Overall a very bad experience.

Terrible stay, I will never recommend anyone to stay here
Rooms were good-looking and well furnished. Basic amenities like AC, geyser, TV all was present. House keeping and room service very poor. If u ask for a tea. it took them 2-3 hours to serve a single cup of tea. this was the complaint of all 3 families, who were also staying in this hotel. Hotel location is in outskirts of city and it was very difficult to locate the hotel. Restaurant is at top floor, where bad smell of sewer gas was in the air. they didn't have even a working pedestal fan at that time. Restaurant staff and manager were busy quarreling at the time, when we had ordered the lunch. we weren't served our full order. so we left from there. There was no other restaurant nearby, as this hotel is in outskirts of city. There was a party in hotel, where they played DJ at full sound up to 1 pm night despite many complaints, which disturbed our sleep. While DJ is allowed only up to 10 pm in that area. Hotel staff didn't bothered that other guests were also staying in hotel. Staff was quite untrained. We have to call and remind several time even for drinking water and house keeping. Mattress and cushion also gave very bad backache, though some people might find them comfortable, I am sharing our experience. Hotel had no own parking space. Swimming pool picture is misleading. it was very small actually.
