Hotel is so bad , not have good ac , also room is dirty bedsheet is not clean

Bad staff behaviour, lift not working properly, uncleanliness, no food was supplied inspite of free breakfast, too bad hotel, inf-act not a hotel

The hotel didn’t have a good ambiance … The bed pillow covers and the bedsheets were dirty and had stains … The rooms need to be renovated… Even the washroom was not cleaned properly. I didn’t click pictures

Hotel horner booking not accepted they told me that we not associated with make my trip. It was my very bad experience. I want please refund my booking amount

I booked the room through makemytrip. In hotel vip and the hotel manager there told me that we do not accept the rooms booked through make my trip trip.

Never go to this place they demand extra 700 rupees for 2 days otherwise they will cancel the booking and the rest amount is not refundable

First of all, it was not a hotel. It's a kind of hostel in the commercial complex on 3rd floor. I stayed 2 days ago with family by mistake on the trust but it's spoiled. It's purely for bachelors not at all for family. Not sure if all Oyo named properties are; like that. The room was not even keeping a single proper lock, the washroom is also out of design. Staff behavior was pretty good but not professional because the place is like that you cannot even expect. Really very unhappy.
