very bad service and they did provide generator almost 4hours power cut and i book classic room but they gives me normal room and the bed was very bad it’s worst experience to me 😶. see the room but i book classic room but they gives me normal room.

1. Not welcoming reception, though i have booked “delux room” they were trying to provide me a non ac room. 2. Rooms and bed are too worst and not a tidy blankets and no softness mattresses. Overall, it was a truly pathetic experience.

Location is ok but the hotel persons are charging more amount than booking. Behavior with customer is worst

2. Expected the hotel to be good when it's booked via make my trip. But ended a disaster. Rooms not maintained. Toiletries not provided. No proper doors. Hotel people initially said no availability of rooms. Not suitable for official travellers.

Tv's not working and wash rooms not comfortable rooms very small not satisfied

It has obly window acs and there is no water heater. They give coil only. Acs are old and they may not work properly.

This is not a hotel. It's just a lodge. They don't even offer water bottles but provide water in bottles which we use at home. There is no hot water provided. Forget about free breakfast and dinner as they don't offer any. For this price range, you can go for another options.

I booked 4x room for 2 days. I paid for that. But the property manager charged an extra RS.1900- by cash and gave 3X room. You people promised me you will refund back RS.1900. But you cheated me. In the hotel I found an insect in the washroom. Dirty rooms, dirty beds, TV channels not working. AC not working. The staff behavior is very Rude. They used abused language. Worst hotel. My Rating is 1. What about your promise of RS.1900-

Staff is cooperative. And no disturbance. Room was hygienic food quality was also good

Good privacy and friendly staff hotel was very clean and protect

Paid more money

Staff are not wearing any masks

Ac are not working properly. Bathing towels provided late.
