Hotel service was poor
At night when we reach hotel no one available on reception. After some call a boy was coming who was in sleep. He provide a room to us but the bed of room was damage. After this he provide other room to us. Which wash room was so dirty. We booked a ac room but that person deny to provide us ac or tv service. And ask to cancel the booking. So it was a very poor experience. I didn't suggest to any one to book the hotel.

Terrible Stay
There is no service in this hotel, no one present in reception, no kitchen, even they don't have drinking water. Room are very small, ac was there but didn't working, bathroom very small and so dirty. Worst experience. Even when I called make my trip customer care they told that they will call me and arrange another hotel or room but I didn't get any call from make my trip for my problems. Worst experience make my trip is use less.

Excellent Stay
I have booked ac rooms online here but there were ac didn't work. And I have pay extra charge again for other ac room. If u cant give these types of facilities to Guest. U should update here that u don't have ac rooms. We can search other hotels for our comfortably.

Wastage of time and money
10 to 15 km from Haldwani. I have booked AC room but they provide non AC room.

Worst experience ever.
Room was small and dirty. Washroom was very congested, there were lizard and cockroaches in the room. Tap was leaking and isn't working. Housekeeping service was worst. Location is also in outskirts of city. I suggest not to book this hotel.
