Need to wait 50 mins for check in on process receptionist made clash with me after i check in to room he switch off the power supply till 2 hours intentionally it was a terrific moment with family and hotel people are very pathetic people

Tv no, bathroom lock no, totally local lodge facility, banglore city no 1 waste room in this hotel. Pols dont booking

The photographs of hotel which i have seen during booking were very excellent but when i actually check in in the hotel, it was terrible. Lots of cockroaches in the room and also mosquitoes. Tv was not on. Bathroom was unhygienic. Towel not offered. Soap has sent once asked. No phone in the room. It was smelling. The covers on the bedsheet were dirty.

Bedsheets are bad smell never expectation this type of room only lovers room bad experience no towels

Property not listed. Staff are supper horrible.

This hotel is only for college students not for family at all, if you want to stay for 6 hrs or less than that then this is ok

The washroom was not clean and also our bed cover was not changed in the entire stay.

Bed bugs, even if the room was booked my mmt, they will ask more money or else they will say we don't have rooms.

There were bed bugs on the bed and there was no ac or window either

Room was not cleaned and we stayed there for 2 days, no cleaning or bedsheet change. Bathroom water was logging. Not safe for family. Manager n staff talking nicely with the local people only. Water bottle cost more than mrp. No toiletries available in the room.

Stayed in OYO for one day. Poor

No hangers to hang cloths, very small room and at-least not provided soap and towels that is a basic things. Charging high cost for early checkin. Not recommending to stay.

The staff over there is very polite and helpful food is delicious too

It's not a 3 star hotel either. Food and room service is good. Staff is nice and polite. Please ask for a sealed drinking water bottle before drinking water in room. There is power cut in the night for more than an hour. Washroom is not well cleaned. The room is too small that you can't move yourself around.

Receptionist was good, caring and helped us within fraction of minutes.
