Hotel can not found and hotel staff not attending the call. So this is for me such a bad experience. Never book hotel on this app

The receptionist denied entry to me when i came to check in even though i ha id prepaid the amount in full. He was questioning me rather why had i paid online and blah blah blah. He made me wait for an hour or so, until i called the customer care and made them talk with him. It was a horrible experience. Would suggest folks to not book this hotel.
