I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel.the property is well mentained ,room are clean and comfortable, and staff very polite and helpful,and highly recommend this hotel, everything is good,i will definitely visit again,thanx all staff..

Terrible Stay
Terrible stay. Rats running over in the room. When i woke up , found rats on the bed. Informed the hotel staff. The room boy says room was clean and also โchuhe bhi manna chahie naโ. No water in the toilet for many hours. Food was good thats is the only thing i saw positive. The staff appologised while i checked out for the inconvenience. But after taking the money and such experience- saying sorry later doesnt make any difference. I had to vecate the hotel considering the hygene.

Location not appropriate for family, breakfast limited they order from outside, rooms are small, internet very slow, mobile network coverage issue

Worst hotel to stay
This was the worst stay I had and Iโve traveled to multiple cities and hotels such as in big cities like Mumbai, Kolkata, Delhi, Bangalore to small cities like Bhubaneshwar, Jamshedpur and so on. This was the worst experience. There were no toiletries provided. The tap was not working in the basin and very less water was coming from the other tap. The shower was not working. There was no facility of ironing . The window was broken too and hence no security in the room. No one came for house keeping and cleaning. Only one bottle water was provided in the starting of the stay and thatโs it. At night they started playing loud music in the background making it difficult to sleep. The behaviour of the staff too was very rude. When asked for an extension in the stay due to delays in flight, they were asking for 1500 for the extension of 5 hrs wherein the cost of the full day.

The room is good, but the ac kept dripping water and it is a mess on the floor, there is no towel kept in the bathroom, the window doesn't close completely which allows a lot of sound to come through in the room
