My stay was very comfortable. The room I was provided with was exceptionally clean, neat, and hygienic. The housekeeping staff did a great job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. The ambiance was pleasant, and all the amenities were in good working condition. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the overall service quality. It made for a relaxing and hassle-free experience. I would definitely recommend this place to others and look forward to staying here again.

There was no cleanliness..taps and jet spray were rusted..the window had spider web and insects. Wardrobe was not of good quality. drawers in the tables were having spider webs. And outside food is not allowed and inside food is very costly, rates were of 5 star

My experience at this hotel was absolutely terrible from the moment I checked in. The room was nothing like the pictures – dirty, poorly maintained, and with a foul smell that made it hard to stay inside. The bedsheets and towels looked unwashed, and the bathroom was in an unacceptable condition with broken fixtures and no proper cleaning. To make matters worse, the staff was extremely unhelpful and rude. Every request, whether it was for clean linens or basic toiletries, was either ignored or met with bad attitude. The noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep, and the so-called “amenities” advertised were either unavailable or not working. For the price charged, this was a complete rip-off. I have stayed in budget hotels before, but this was by far the worst experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to stay away and look for other options nearby. Rating: ⭐ (if zero stars were possible, I would give that instead)

overall experience is good but sometimes call not ringing and shower not working properly and apart from that receptionist staffs are preety much nice and friendly.

Only feedback- breakfast options can be better and the rooms to provide toiletries. The distance to the reception area from my room was a lot to walk. Room is neat and comfortable.
