Proper t in poor condition. Unprofessional staff. First the room allotted was next to toilet then changed to ground floor full of lobbey noise. The guy on reception didnt have basic manners that when guest is in lobbey & busy on a call but he is watching cricket match loudy & abusing with his friend. No food till dinner then after dinner need to pay immediately!why? no provision to pay bills at checkout they think guests are thieves. Even mineral water is not available in this property.

Hotel is very dirty ac not working tv not working room was not ok washroom not ok.

The hotel denied the stay as i paid the amount online which was kind off 50% less than the price they are charging by offline booking. The staff asked me to pay extra.

Room was small, unhygienic and not as shown in the picture. There was no cupboard and bedsheets were also not clean.

Hotel staff good and nice stay

Firstly, the hotel refused to provide me a room because of low tariff offered by MMT for which I had already paid. The room was not clean. The facilities in the room were partially broken. The washroom wasn't clean at all. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel at all.

It is good. Faced some problem while arrived. But MMT helped me to make it up. Did not get a towel on the first day. Got it on the second day after requesting for a long time. Clean hotel. Good for a single traveler.

Location is quite far from the main City. Size of the room is too small, toilet flush wasn't working, there's no hot water available instead of geyser being there. There was no complementary breakfast available when asked they said the cook hasn't arrived as yet. Overall not recommended. Go for some better rooms.

I am Bike racer, to travel from Chennai to Kashmir, On the way I reached Dehradun after completing Haridwar. When I Search hotel for night stay I found Hotel Maha laxmi palace, the is fantastic but, it seems like an old jail, falling paints and distember, torn ed blankets, no locks In rest rooms, no hot water facilities and AC too. When you enter the room you feel the pan shop smell, yeah someone spits the shots on the wall. It make you vomiting. Actually I board on 7. 30 pm and leave the jail 3am

Worst room. Worst atmosphere. Worst everything . . Rooms are as small sa washroom. Bad smell allover in hotel rooms. MMT should think about hotels class to give in their panel. Worst hotel I have booked with MMT. Asking for money-back for this booking. Never Go There
