Not at all clean room service is pathetic

Receptionist was not good they didn't know how to talk with guest and as well as he charge me extra 500 - on room tariff then he gave me room and room service is also averaged bcz they took more than response time

Lake view is available from the roof top. Staff is very supportive. Food quality is great. Overall very good experience. The hotel is very near to the rachna road junction

The room was not given properly cleanliness was not there hot water not available leakage in bathroom used linen were given and unmarried couples were irritating a lot

The room was very dirty and also there was no light in washroom they hotel staff was very rude not a good place to stay in this price i paid them extra 500 but they did not gave me early checkin even the rooms was available. They allotted room after 15 mins of arguing

After service was excellent which make us comfortable stay at your given second option. Overall happy experience thanks to mmt

Worst hotel and staff very rude

I've paid the breakfast tariff while booking for the room for which i expected complimentary breakfasts. I didn't receive breakfast on any day in my complete stay over the hotel. I need the refund for my loss.
