First we could not find the hotel, then you transferred us to some other hotel ( Krishna Residency). That hotel took extra from us. We connected to you then too but you provided no resolution. There was no electricity, food or basic amenities provided as promised. We kept connecting to you throughout but nothing happened. At the time of checkout, the person refused to provide any bill or receipt but a ss and even refused to talk to your representatives. Throughout you could not connect to the property for anything. Your team kept fooling us. At checkout time not only did they deny giving bill but also misbehaved with our guest Mr. Jitendra Singh, abused him, threatened him to leave the property even after he checked out and behaved like a local goon.. Your customer care team is only good at holding and transferring calls and fooling us. On ground, they are good for nothing and cannot do anything for grievance solving. This experience and behaviour has enraged us to an extent that we are seriously taking a formal and legal action!
