Good Stay
Good homely stay Bathrooms need cleaning. Some Appliances were stuck with rust and scale Rest all was ok.

Terrible Stay
1) unclean room with sticky floor 2) bathroom walls and floor had a lot of mold 3) taps were unclean 4) toilet side tap was rusted and leaking continuously. It never got repaired. 5) a/c was old, noisy and it used to trip the room circuit breaker after abt 30 mins. Of operation / usage. 6) room didn't have mini fridge and safety locker 7) hotel didn't provide even an ironing board 8) water kettle was rusted and had a foul smell. It had to be replaced. 9) had to live through above for 7 days. I request makemytrip to kindly offer me a refund. I would really appreciate it.

Room cleanliness and hygiene was bad Breakfast quality and quantity was bad Bathroom shower not working like no mentanence done since the start of hotel. It is like a worst guest house.

Excellent Stay
They provided me extra blanket and sheets during my stay as i was feeling cold there due to climate change. Staff helped me during my stay. I was very comfortable there, thank you so much for handling me with such kindness.

Wonderful stay

Pretty decent
The stay was decent however the washrooms could be a bit more cleaner, everything else is pretty good and worth the money
