The hotel is difficult to locate, as the H-Block does not appear correctly on Google or Apple Maps. The contact number listed e was also incorrect, and I later discovered the property uses a different number not updated on the app.
Facilities:
The room had an unpleasant odor, and several listed amenities were missing or non-functional. The towel was torn, the TV didn’t work, there were no toiletries or Wi-Fi, and some charging points were defective.
Food:
Food quality was poor — the French fries I ordered were undercooked.
Check-in:
Check-in was problematic, as I was asked to pay extra charges not included in my booking and had to contact customer support to resolve the issue.
