Initial Check In experience was not good because i booked super delux room but sent to a room which was not even delcus and little smelly. I had to move for work so within 10 mins i left hotel and asked then they changed room and that was nice but still missing with basic things like shower gel, shampoo, tea coffee kettle and even no water was served. i had to ask for it. But the staff was really polite and helpful. Food was also nice, i was expecting ok ok dinner but it was good. For me it was first and last stay in this property. I would again say, staff was really polite but i found it's management or owner who doesn't proper care about his property. Rusted water tabs, shower was broken etc..

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. The photographs displayed were depicted a different hotel located in Sector 19. Unfortunately, the actual room I was provided was subpar and fell significantly short of expectations. The room's condition was unhygienic, and the locality was unsatisfactory. The servicing staff, including room service, were unprofessional. The washroom was in a state of disrepair, and the room emitted a strong, unpleasant odour. Additionally, the absence of windows and inadequate ventilation exacerbated the situation. The air conditioning unit was also malfunctioning. The breakfast provided was of extremely poor quality. I hope you will take immediate action to address these issues and ensure that your hotel's standards are improved. I await your response.

Embassy Inn sector 20 is a very average hotel with poor room quality, food hygiene and washroom cleanliness , location is difficult and not easy to find. Staff at this hotel is not directly available on phone calls . I had to change the hotel to their another property to compensate . Would advice MMT to remove this hotel immediately to protect their service quality. Embassy Inn at sector 19 is a better property for solo stay but overall should be avoided for couple stay ....
