    Terrible Stay

    Worst hotel management. After reaching their hotel reception they made us wait for 30 mins mentioning that we dont have any booking. Then after 30 min they said we can provide room for 2 only against a booking of 3. Again after waiting for 15 mins they told that we cant give u rooms and that we can leave. Such a nonsense behavior by hotel management and staff. No one should use that hotel. 0 star rating for hotel ibis thanks to makemy trip care that they provided us an alternate hotel stay at hotel nirali for all 3 persons. 5 star rating for hotel nirali staff and facilities.
