Location was very convenient near to LVPEI. Room was clean and staff was cooperative..

bad rooms and matainence is not good and some bugs are roaming in the beds. It's a waste of money...

Maintenance is terrible, I paid an extra 400 Rs, to get a better room. Even though it is maintained worse, at a price of 1000 Rs, you will get good rooms in Oyo. So far the namesake doesn't show a discount and makes us choose the worst hotel.

The property is close to L V Prasad institute as mentioned. Rooms, cleanliness and bedding are not up to expectations. Shabby entrance and lobby. AC, TV and hot shower worked. Will not recommend for family looking for good experience They are closing online tie ups.

Rude manager, he asked me extra rs. 300 and he said if i want i can complain to makemytrip. He said he is not partner with make my trip. The room was not neat and the all day nose outside the room. Was not able to sleep.

The manager charged extra ! He was extremely rude and aggressive ! The place is unhygienic and not maintained at all !

The stay was not as what was there in pic. I had paid full amount when i booked but after reaching location owner guy took extra money. When we went inside room there was bed bugs. Then restaurant guy changed the room that was also not upto the mark. they wasted my whole day by asking questions and asking me to send pics but they dint give any resolution. Also every-time when they call back different executives called me and just wasted my whole time.

Not so much good as a deluxe room should be. It should be more and more tidy for the customers. Shops, restaurants and transport are quite amiable. Staffs are average in their services and attire. . Nice

Instead of my booking and complete payment through make my trip app the hotel guy asked me for extra money. Complementary breakfast is written in make my trip app. But hotel asked me money for it. After all very bad experience from this hotel.

The hotel manager was very irate d that we booked through mmt because the rate we paid was less compared to their current rate. There was a foul smell in the room and the washroom was dirty too. We requested to clean the same however nobody obliged. They even denied breakfast (though it was a part of the plan that we paid) saying that do not provide breakfast. We decided to leave after spending one night as the smell was bad, the infrastructure was shaby as well. It was horrible experience

Hotel staff asked for Rs 300 extra at the time of hotel check-in. Reason they mentioned is this hotel is Oyo and price decided is not acceptable to them.

Hotel staff demanded Rs 300 extra per day saying they are Oyo property and they don't have anything to do with payment.

This hotel provides exceptional value for the price. Definitely worth it !
