I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. Firstly, I was charged an extra ₹400 without any valid explanation. The room did not have a proper working TV, which was highly inconvenient. Despite the booking details mentioning complimentary water bottles, none were provided. When I raised these concerns, the staff argued with me instead of addressing the issues politely and professionally. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on your service standards. I request a prompt resolution and a refund of the extra amount charged. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your services.

Stayed three nights for work—rStayed three nights for work—room was immaculate, bed extremely comfortable. Housekeeping was discreet and thorough. Reception team helped with printing boarding passes and recommended a great local curry. Convenient, efficient, and peaceful. Will choose this hotel again.Lovely boutique hotel with charming personality. The lobby’s cozy fireplace created a homey vibe. Our suite had plenty of space, fluffy towels, and great toiletries. Perfect location, this was an enjoyable, relaxing weekend.Room was immaculate, bed extremely comfortable. Housekeeping was discreet and thorough. Convenient, efficient, and peaceful. booking was not considered and I had to look for an alternate for the stay.
They denied the booking made through MakeMyTrip and instead asked us to book directly with them. U had to book an different stay with MMT

Denied my check-in with some silly reasons like our application was not working, we didn't receive your booking details and they wouldn't respond to the phone calls also even mail confirmation also.

familyDirty rooms, worst washroom, late night we checked in and it took more than 30 minutes to check in. No water bottle available, no handwash in washroom, make my trip charged me for breakfast and there is no restaurant attached for this property. Literally cheated. Fake reviews. Don't suggest anyone for stay in this property.
