Good Stay
It was a very nice experience. It is in the main part of the city and it is clean and it is very petty and the breakfast is really good. Very business related where things are focused towards the business. It also has a very nice washing machine area and a bar and so that we can wash our own clothes and it also has a ironing board and very small gym. The breakfast was okay. I need to act not over overwhelming and as it has been changing every day and I really like it, most importantly, it is the places clean, and the staff is considerate.

Average Stay
Room is very compact, breakfast menu is limited and taste is below average, only one ironing box for entire the rooms. It was not my feel stay.

the rooms are very small enough.even the intercom doesnt work propelly.The property location is good.FOOD IS WORST You cant think evn think it as holidayinn standard.You can have food outside.Toilets are also very compact

Poor Stay
Holiday Inn Express hotel @Banjara hill is at good location but rooms are very small, no wardrobe, bathroom is also small. Staff clean the rooms everday but do not replace towels and disposable kits like Dental kit, shaving kit. Better hotel is available at same location at cheap rate. Stay at Holiday Inn Express was not value for the money.

Too bad room and washrooms
The room was too small and washrooms having transparent doors that too without locks just booked by the name of holiday inn and this failed to do so

It’s an express hotel , suitable for couple or single person stay. Parking is at 3 or 4 level down where ground water comes up. Hospitality is good. Do not stay if u have children as beds are small. Breakfast is ok

Terrible Stay
Smelly rooms, smelly toilets, bed was horrible, it was like just like foam you get stuck into it, table was so small even their own dinner plate was not completely fit.

No luggage help, no plate clearance for more than 24 hrs, twin sharing but toiletries for one, no room sleepers, few breakfast items minimal change. Bare minimum meals on menu, no sweet

Though a Holiday Inn asset, there were shortfalls as no person for luggage help, no sleepes in room, same breakfast except change in a item or so. Importantly NO LOBBY seating area. Rooms extremely small rooms. I would not recommend, in exceptional case for one night only.

The stay and arrangements were good. Despite the small size of the room it had all the amenities and was very comfortable. The only flaw was the bathroom design which would let water spill into the room from the gaps on the door.

Average Stay
Location - okay. Little out of sight. Food - below average. Very basic and minimal options in menu, with below average performance in taste. Breakfast buffet is better, but also could do with more variety of options and more attention to taste. Facilities - good aside from the smell from the inbuilt mattress floor not being properly deep cleansed, leading to the funky odour. Staff - polite but not attentive to requests.

Terrible Stay
The room pictures look bigger online, but in reality the rooms are quite small. The washroom is divided into three separate parts – commode in one area, washbasin in the room itself, and an open bathing area separately. Overall, the layout was not very comfortable.
