Room was really bad tv was not working and bed sheet was really dirty
Tv was not working room was really dirty and nobody was available in reception after multiple calls staff was rode and unprofessional no sign board was there at the Hotel

It's an average hotel
businessLift in hotel wasn't working. Room was on 3rd floor, need to walk up with the bags. There was some unpleasant smell in gallery. Only good thing about is connected to market.

Need to improve on cleanliness
soloBedsheet and cleanliness can be improved. Geyser, cable TV with most channels and balcony are positive. One bad experience was when it poured heavily in the night. All rainwater entered the room through the door and access to the hotel was cut off with a pool of water at the entrance.

Categorization of the property is an essential part of the service provider. Agency failed to discharge the duty
MMT should add hotels for booking after proper verification for its credibility. The facilities must be provided as per charges. Please be careful so that the people may not start disbelieving. It is sufficient for the time being.
