First of all the receptionist was not at all cooperative, he was to arrogant and rude. Lack of staff. The ambience of the place was horrible. Cleanliness had no value. Washrooms were worst public toilets are better than the washroom of this place. The bed, comforter and pillow were not clean they had stains and foul smell. Ac was not working properly. Moreover this switch boards were not working. I checked out yesterday only that is on same day also they took extra charge for giving 2hrs early check in. I need partial refund

Was there for only a night stay. And satisfied with that. Roon and toilet was clean but the area was little inside. For the commute you have to book an auto or cab. My office was near hinge-wadi phase 3. It was a little far from the office but the hotel was good for me for the night stay

It was good and nice experience. Overall nice stay it was. Close to hinjewadi and offices and it hubs.

1. Booked ac room, got non ac room. (they took advantage of time, it was night time, where would i go with family in the night. You have no choice but to check in. 2. No complimentary water, you will have to buy 3. Unclean buckets, and jugs 4. Very untidy location beside a construction site. 5. customer care made me wait around 1 hour on reception. Then too failed to provide any resolution.

They charged me extra 800 rs. I booked for 3 people, when we reached the hotel at midnight, they asked us for money 800 rs.

Tv not working. Geyser turned off on purpose. No complimentary soaps/shampoos in washroom. No uber/ola supporting the location.

The hotel is located in a isolated place. Hotel is very dirty and unhygienic, bedsheets have yellow and red marks and in towel too bathroom is very dirty with bad smell, water logged in balcony, was a filthy smell from room asked for room spray but didn't receive any. Staffs are also not helpful sometimes even rude. Overall not Worth a single penny.

No power supply, no hot water, no water in tap, no reception guy or any staff during power cut at night, poor and untidy room.

Food price is too high but quality is ok.

The room is small but neat and clean. Location not very convenient. No lift is available. No popular channels on cable. It is ok for Solo and business travellers.

The hotel was neat and good. The area was nearby to Hinjawadi area. But the bed and bedsheets were horrible. I couldn't sleep because of that. If anyone who can't sleep without a good bed, please don't book here. Otherwise its OK.

Staff is cooperative but rooms and the property is very small. Location is inconvenient.
There were no marathi channels available on cable. Room was very small. There was no lift in hotel.
