My room rent wasted i didn’t get refund

i booked for my office fellow a room in this terrible lodge Chintamani and paid for the entire 5 nights. on checking in he was asked to pay 100 percent of the booking amount because they said Oyo money doesn't come to us and we can't give these rates as it's too low. then why oyo is listing this. then we managed to agree to pay because i really thought maybe they are right and for which he said i need full advance otherwise they will not all him check in. we again paid some amount and next day he said i need more money or you can leave. i called up oyo which patched me with so-called owner who claims who has 8 zero star properties in India. to cut it short he said he doesn't care about the money i paid and oyo full payment also just pack your bag and leave . please do not book this garbage lodge and also never book.

The hotel was terrible! thay charge me extra quite high rate, as they said they won't afford what i have paid through the application. About the hygiene, they even don't have the washroom properly, the flush not working, even they didn't provide the fresh bedsheets and pillows. All they just need to ask for the facility, which they have mentioned in the discretion.

It was very unhygienic, rooms were dirty, condition of toilet was like public toilet that smelled. Fan was so dirty that no could even think of sleeping with it turned on. I checked in to the hotel on 25th december 2021 in between 12:40 pm to 1:15 pm as much as i remember and i couldn’t stay there when i saw the condition of hotel and rooms. Also, i had dubious feeling there, my booking was for 3 nights but i immediately checked out within 30 minutes from there because of above reasons. I know i will not be receiving refund even if i was leaving within 30 minutes of arrival but that is the thing, in such scenario’s there should be an option for claiming refund by providing the proofs in photos or something like that. Unfortunately, my money had been wasted and time as well, had a very bad experience.
