When I reached hotel no body open the door and I took another hotel All my money wasted

Room bathroom and whole campus is very dirty. Behaviour of staff is rude. Not recommended at all . Really disappointed

To summarize my stay:1. Best for hourly stays, not worth your money if you are in for a day or two. You have to ask for each n every basic amenities viz. towels, soap, dustbin etc. and not sure you'll get all or not.2. so be prepared for heckles and treatment of a lower grade even if you're on a solo or family stay.3. I booked a meal while choosing the room and they simply blatantly denied stating that they have not received the meal request at their end. Very common4. The rooms are below average n doesn't even have proper curtaining. Only the AC was functional.Overall, a poor experience!

The name suggested something else. Located in a residential area, okayish rooms, not so clean linen. No drinking water was provided with the room, had to be ordered separately. Overall i won't pay above 800 for this room.

Its near by patna airport that a good thing to if u have to halt for a day in patna and take flight All the staff were good and service was also appreciable

The hotel has got some great rooms which have all the basic amenities. Hotel staff is welcoming and helped us in getting a smooth check-in. Finding hotel was not at all a problem for me. I had a fun time during my stay.

A brightly co-loured room full of all basic amenities in a neat and clean environment with quick room service is a treat to stay at. Easy accessibility is an added advantage. I had an amazing experience here with my family.

I stayed in this hotel during my visit to the city. Chech-in process was easy and quick. Staff is extremely efficient and kind. The hotel was easily accessible by public transport. Would definitely recommend.

What a hotel it was! a perfect combination of comfort, soothing experience, great staff at one place. I never felt i am away home staying here. The staff was very enthusiastic to serve all the guests. The price according to me was the cheapest for this wonderful hotel. For sure i would be coming here again.

The person sitting at the reception area is very rude. No cleaning in room, i asked them to change the bed linen but they rearrange the same bedsheet. Breakfast was only two bread and a cup of tea. I asked them to give me tea without sugar but staff denied. Very poor service. No any paid channel on tv, only free to air channels, they said we don't have any paid channels and denied recharging.
