Terrible Stay

The hotel staff was terrible. Initially they denied the availability of the room. Later they gave me rooms were both fan and ac were not working and demanded extra 500 rs. They promised to change the room next day, they gave me just one room and in that too the ac was not working. There worst experience in hotels so far. This was my first booking on make my trip. Didn't expect such response at all
