Review Of Hotel O Aqueens Plaza

I booked this hotel for my fabric weaver from a village near kolkata. His son had to appear for a competitive exam in a school nearby. When they reached the hotel, the hotel staff informed them that we don't have a room and that they should has a informed that they are coming. Also he said that if they wanted the room, they need to pay 300-400 extra. He made them wait for 3 hours when they didn't agree to pay extra money and then gave them the room. I want to understand how greedy such humans can be. He could have easily judged that those people are with limited means and still he could be so treacherous that he asked them extra money for a prepaid room. Just imagine that a student had an exam the other day and these people added to him anxiety by not letting them check in. Also he had the audacity to tell them that why didn't they inform that they are coming, as he must have resold the room. Extremely disheartened that such people live the same city as i do. I would request everyone reading this review to never book this hotel so these greedy people know how does the public react when you cheat people who are with limited means.

We are not satisfied with the hotel and their faculties or staff. The rooms are not regularly cleaned and the blankets are quite smelly. Disappointed with it

Poor room and food service during stay

Please don’t go this hotel, hotel is dirty, and staff not good. Re-guest to all persons don’t go way

The room was clean and tidy with enough ventilation and all the amenities.

Pathetic location. Was asked to pay early check in though the room was booked from the night prior. Were not giving a room asking to pay extra at the wee hours. Pathetic conditions. Not fit for family or girls not even men. Disgusting was room. Leaking ceilings in the was rooms. Poop stains on was room and when asked to clean I was told it's clean. Not even toilet paper was provided. Literally water was dripping in the wash-room. Rooms were dingy. People were creepy. Left the hotel in two three hours. Locations is extremely bad. All in all I was creep ed out, disgusted and left.

Good for safety, no camera in hotel.

It was good stay. It was a bit out of main city area.
