No neat and clean room and bathroom. Extra money give me which i book 700. And extra money i give 600. I don't like this hotel room

the trip was really great at vizag , less crowded and people are nice . the stay at oyo anu grand they where demanding for 300 more cash and negotiating they ended up giving us non a/c room but we paid for a/c room . rest all was great

Toilet condition -very bad with smell. Also water leakage to room from toilet.

Location not good. Mosquito in room, dirty smell, power supply not available for 2hrs, extra rs. 200 taken as gst and service fees, wash room was conjusted, small insects in bed bite whole night

Miserable assistance from hotel desk. Not much help was extended. What is advertised and realities are very misguiding. It is better to state the real facilities than to exaggerate it out of proportion.
