Breakfast

You have charged me for breakfast, but there was no breakfast available. When spoken with hotel's staff and management, they informed that it has been duly informed to you in advance that meals cannot be provided. Why have you charged/cheated me when breakfast is not available?

Staff and food

Only a staff available on reception who is always found watching tv sitting on sofa at the reception counter, he has no Idea about what he is talking, watching tv with his friends, unhygienic staff. I have opted for breakfast package, there is no breakfast in hotel, staff says I should have called the hotel first to check whether breakfast was available or not. Had booked for 2 days with breakfast package, both days breakfast not available, they say that they don't have money to buy vegetables as the owner hasn't turned up for more than 30 days. Pathetic place, waste of money!

Everything was good except that the hotel management didn't provide drinking water. It was chargeable and that to of Rs 35-40 for 1 litre. At least there should be a water purifier in the hotel

Poor service

I got room with malfunctioned shower with no bucket, i complaint but they don't take any action, they check out me online even i stay in hotel, and charged me extra for another day stay, poor service and staff.
