the hotel is very big and good room , the location is some far from market

Room is very poor to much smells bathroom no shower no water nothing, breakfast is also not good only 2 options puri sabji n poha which taste is also not good

Hotel was comfortable, neat and very clean, Worth for what we pay

Cockroaches in the restaurants, no cleanliness maintained. Food was not good, with the first bite itself you can feel it wasn't fresh. Stinking rooms while check-in, asked for room spray, the guy came and spread phenyle all over the room which made it even worse to stay. Some of the guests were shouting and partying in the lobby in the morning, repeatedly complained the reception guy but no help was provided. Hot water was not coming in the room, asked the maintenance guy, he said waste the water for 10 minutes then it will come, tried the same and told him, he simply cut the call and never responded or attended the issue.

Good stay. I think as per reviews that hotel is not in good condition but believe me if you want a budget hotel. Havelock it is a good choice.

It was near to cellular jail, jetty, etc. However hotel was lacking housekeeping. Rooms were not cleaned, food quality was little better but restaurant and dining area were having bad smell and housekeeping was biggest issue.

Old and used bed sheets and towels.

Had booked for 4 nights in total and wasn't disappointed. Just lacked WiFi, which is a major draw back and did't have any other breakfast option other than idli and dosa.

There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Breakfast was just okay. Near to Cellular jail !!

It was a good stay, located in a nice friendly atmosphere. Staff were good and helpful. Above all the rooms were clean, decent and well maintained. So it was a good value for money stay. :)

Nice view from the room. Service is awesome. Cleanliness is good not all in rooms but also in outside room. Hotel staff are cooperative in nature. Good hotel to travel with couple and family. Worth in money to stay.

It was nice great exprecience there shandaarvery good hotel for ending your tour in a boutique hotel .. Room was good not too spacious but fine and it was just walking distance from makruzz jetty Phoenix bay ... Food was good. Staff was helpful WiFi is available only in lobby area .. Good meal, good scenary with good plantation. They have good staff and very helpful. Management is very polite and allow early checked in if room is available. Fully ventilated rooms are available. Overall, would say it is a nice place to stay if you are going with family.

Overall, it was a good experience. Breakfast was okay. Rooms were neat, clean and spacious also. Walkable to main jetty but little far from other places. No coffee facility available in rooms. I will suggest this hotel.

Positives: 1. Excellent room with cleanliness. 2. Taxi charges Rs. 190 from Airport for 3km. 3. Cleanliness all around. 4. Nice staff with good service when needed but always late. 5. We went Neil island and Havelock for 2 days and came back again in this hotel, so they have facility of store room to keep our other luggage. Negatives: 1. We waited for at-least 1hr for our check-in at 9am. 2. Food was very tasty but always came late. 3. Management for check-in people and check-out is very poor. 4. Lady at reception is always confused :-) 5. Slightly 1 rate good above average. I WILL PREFER Hotel Anchorage more which was more cheaper and best in all domains where we enjoyed a lot and every facility provided was great.

Hotel is quite old but well maintained and it is close to jetty. WiFi is available only in reception area. Food serve in the hotel restaurant is average and there are no restaurants close to the hotel. I opted buffet dinner and I found dead insect in gravy.
