Hotel O P S Grand

When i arrived to the hotel they told me they have no room, because they are reconstructing it now. I was moved to nearby hotel called green lemon (or st h like that. Room was clean, aircon worked, wifi worked, hot water available. It is strange to me why they still offer this place on mm t when they have to move guests to other hotel.

Worst experience ever had. Room size was too small

Very worst stay. Rooms were very small and bad smell. In photos showing big size room but the room was very small.

Room and facilities were ok and location is excellent. Food services are time bound, not round the clock.

Stayed here for a night with family, management was very rude, although the room was well maintained and room service was good.

Complimentary breakfast was just 3 utah am and sambar, no variety. Service bad was bad.

Hotel room was so small. Food is not tasty no proper tap connection not lift etc

Good rooms and tasty food at the hotel. Near to Airport and other tourist places in Port Blair.

The food facility from the P S Grand was below standard. Third class standard they provided uncooked vegetables during dinner. When we report about their such status on the reception, the staff on that counter told that we don't know how are you not enjoyed, there are other orders but they did not mentioned any comments regarding uncooked vegetables. We stayed in room and we ordered 'Aaloo Gobhi' and 'Kadahi Paneer', the first was uncooked and second's taste was below standard. We will never recommend any one for the food at P S Grand.

The stay at the room was pleasant. The bed was comfortable to take rest.
The breakfast provided was OK. Could have been better.

Hotel location is not fit for old aged persons. Picture of hotel on make my trip website is fake. WiFi is only available for two hours and there was no mention of the same on website.
The picture of hotel was different from the picture on website. Also the hotel is not fit for old aged travelers since it had no lifts and breakfast was served on 4th floor. WiFi is limited to two hours a day.

Great location. Staff extremely helpful. Especially Sohel and rail. Really delighted. Sameer who is the cook has some great dishes to offer. Recommended.

The staff does not know how to talk. The hotel was terrible. Rooms and location were pathetic. I will never recommend to anyone.

Only advantage is just it is 1.3 km from Airport. The hotel provides only 2 hours of WiFi services.

A 3 nights, 4 day trip to Port Blair and Havelock.
Room was not cleaned. The bed sheet and cover were charged.

Good to stay.

Stay was bad due to washroom, we had to face problem.
Washroom was stinking, very badly in room number one and also washroom walls were damaged.

Breakfast was complimentary. Location wise it is up to the mark. Overall behavior was also good.

Stay at your own risk in this hotel. Worst hotel
