Dear sir, i apologize. Sir i remember you were staying here then your check out was at 12 noon but you had exam so you request that you will check out till 5pm and i accepted your request and you checked out at 5:30 pm without any extra charge. But i did not have this exception from you. Because you were very happy during the check out time. No problem sir thanks for your feedback. You have taught a lesson that there is no value of free. In future we will take care.
