False commitment
businessAfter booking, I have asked hotel guy to that I will late close to me midnight. He said u will get 24 hour service for everything. No one picked my call and also while standing at reception I called all given numbers, non of those got pickup and while check out one of the staff argued with me for a bottle of water.
