Review Of Hotel New Ocean Inn

It was a tour with firstly MMT cancelled the hotel booked and provide another one though that was better than previous one. New hotel hill resort and jangle villas. Rooms were beautiful cleaned room service is nice. Staff is cooperative food was good view from balcony is good. Taxi of hotel picked us from bus stand

Not at all recommended for any type of travelers. Very bad experience at this hotel. For a place like Manali, room heater should be mandatory but this hotel doesn't provide it. Upon asking the charged extra 300 bucks but just provided only one heater and that too is not working properly and we have to call room service every half an hour to get it fixed. Geyser's are also not working properly they take more than 1 hour to heat a bucket of water. They doesn't know the meaning of cleanliness and the even doesn't no what hot drinking water means. Service is really pathetic. Based of few previous reviews we booked this hotels, but friends beware if anyone is planning to book this hotel. Reaching this hotel is also a tedious task unless your driver knows the area well, because they are not even traceable on the might google.

Didn't checked in after saw the room. When spoke to the concerned person he is telling reasons to get escalate from the issues and not even consider to allocate alternate room. He is having two numbers and on the both the numbers he only talked. Earlier he said that a guy named happy will assist you and gave me a number and when I called on that number he only picked. After I shown my dissatisfaction about the services and room he is not ready to pick the call from my primary number. When I dialled from the other number he is talking in a unpleasant way that I have to call and ask makemytrip officials only regarding the same. Not worth for single star also.

I stayed on 20 Sept. 2016 with 02 rooms with 02 couple, very fine location, nice staff, greenery view, like all are very fine. Thanks to De Ocean Cottage.. We will go to Manali in Dec. Month again & we have booked already 04 rooms for 04 couple & want to say!!

Hotel was at a best location, staff was good and we'll behaved, overall hotel was good it is value for money. Manager was all well educated and help us out of many things. I'll say if you want hotel at this budget I'll prefer it is value for money.

The is superb brekfast is excellent The hotel is complete value for money staff is politically and full care fully I recommend this hotel to everyone both for business and romantic and city views I am coming again

Very far from actual location shown on website. Damp room. Geyser not functioning well. Poor room standards. Pathetic food quality, especially kitchen. Better call it a lodge than a hotel!! No WiFi. Basic amenities at very high prices. Cab facilities at high prices provided.
