Hotel New Kenilworth International

The hotel is located on Mall Road.The Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Hotel needs to improve on cleanliness and Room Service which is not upto the Mark. Food quality is average and preparation time is long.

The hotel rooms are very old, water was constantly leaking from the bathroom, which we complained about but there was no solution. The food at the hotel was good but was served very late.

Staff was highly rude, Neither anyone attends calls on reception not on the housekeeping. Blankets were torn. The bathroom did not have hot water supply and the toilets were dirty and stinking. This property is situated adjacent to the sewerage treatment plant and rooms were stinking due to this. Paranormal sounds were also there from 12.30 AM to 4.30 AM. We were not able to sleep properly and were highly worried. Not suggested to anyone to stay in this property.

Location good rooms are old bathrooms dated no electricity backup Laundry bed cover quilt cover dirty and rooms smell of smoking should be given non smoking rooms to kids and family

we found it on MakeMyTrip We paid around 1700 rs, but the property wasn't good, it's a total waste of money. we were expecting at least good cleaning and a good condition washroom. The gallery wasn't good as well. No Towel, No good condition blanket nothing at all. we had only good food. Immediately the next day we checked out. We preferred MakeMyTrip but it seems the Team is not making sure what clients are getting. please do have a surprise visit. Thanks

Location was good but cleanliness & hygiene issues, bedsheets, blankets were not clean. They should have provided kettle for hot water, every time we have to call for water and wait.

Room are smiley furniture too much old curtains are dirty intercom not working toilet shop not provided

The food was bad. Apart from that the experience was ok. The room was ok. I stayed there for three nights. No housekeeping was done.

hotel location is good on mall road and food is also very nice I go with my family they provide me super delex room that too big and species. staff is good and reception person is so humble and nice. overall it's a good choice in manali.

Worst experience, after booking hotel staff denied for room availability. I have requested mm t to refund my booking amount, as booking was non refundable. Hotel representative denied for cancelation. Now i am looking for my refund.

Hotel is located within 250 mtr. Or 5 mins walk from bus stand. Idle location in a manner. Rooms & food not bad. Ac rooms doubtful. Overall stay was good.

Parking is good, food from in-house kitchen is good, but rooms smell bad, bathrooms are leaking, a walk to mall road takes around 20 mins

Rooms are shady and the honeymoon suite is scary mirror on every wall which isn't good. They don't have electric kettle to boil the water and when you ask them to give warm water they will provide a normal water with lot of latency. In short the hotel is managed by the staff and they are not maintaining it.

Terrible experience in hotel no heaters is available. Extra cost no hot water available no geyser rooms conditions is too poor furniture condition. Unhygienic rooms and bathrooms. No proper response from the hotel staff.

Doors and locks are not proper. Towles and bedsheets are very dirty. Staff, manager are very rough to talk. Service is not at all good. Overall the experience is not good.

Service is not good but it has lift that’s nice also the room service n other facilities are not up to the mark. It’s near to mall road that is one of the plus point

The service provided by hotel new kenilworth was fantastic. The dinner and breakfast was also delicious with proper hygiene. The nature of hotel staff was also remarkable. I and my friend have enjoyed the staying. Thanks to makemytrip for providing me option to stay there.
