This hotel is very bad and the service here is also not good. The room that was booked was not provided. Another room was forcibly given to us.

1.Hotel location is good 2. Cleaning and Hygiene was not proper maintained 3. Food and Tea was good as compared to other restaurants 4. The bed was very noisy 5. Nature of staff was good

Had such a wonderful time had a nice time you have given traveling is the wonderful and most beautiful thing to have in life. Traveling broadens our mental capabilities and understanding of life. Hotel is situated at beautiful location. Near clubhouse. Rooms are bit old but good staff and helping pp l around the hotel. Walkable distance to hidambadevi temple and mall road as well.

It is difficult to find if you are coming to manali for the first time, but google map has an accurate location. The room which was given to us was average and also the food. It was good but not the best. Needs to improve the blanket and rajai quality.

We stayed at hem a holiday home for 5 days and my stay are excellent. The owner mr. Prem singh is very genuine and sincere person. He pro-virus room with excellent view and amenities. We felt very much at home during our stay at hema. Thx prem singh ji for making our stay a wonderful. We we would definitely stay here next time too.

Room was cleaned. Hotel is in walking distance from hadimba temple and manu temple. Club house is nearby. Lots of music and fun

Hotel hema hotel was good over all. The manager was good, he saved our paid parking near club house. He allowed us to park near his hotel, the place was too small and step to park but yes he did helped us, definitely with a taunt in words. Don't be too frank with the manager, u treat him well, he will treat you not well but still he is good. The hotel rooms are average. Not a second time stay. One time is okay.

We received very poor service at this hotel. Nobody was available at reception when we reached. The guy came after 15 mins and he was quite manner-less. Nobody did formalities of check in, no Id, no entry in register or computer nothing. Hot water was not available and that guy made excuses like it was normal. Also rooms wasn't clean. Very pathetic stay.

Staff here is so friendly and helpful, our overall experience was nice.
