1.No hygienic 2. Floor not cleaning 3. No Anger in the cupboard 4. Rest room not cleaning etc...

Room was spacious enough, it was clean, washroom was clean, the hotel staff was humble and polite, their service was good, overall it was a good stay at the Hotel new Blue Earth

decent hotel to stay when compared to others in that area. service could have been better washrooms need to improve. breakfast buffet very limited only 3 options taste also ok ok. budget wise costly for the service provided as they are no other better options they are charging more. Rural area less hotels or old ones. this one being a new charging more

No lift durty water

The hotel overall is good — comfortable rooms with AC, and the breakfast was also enjoyable. However, the service could be improved. For example: • Only two small water bottles were provided • Towels were hard • No slippers available • Bathroom hygiene could be better (floor scaling visible)

The hotel is at good location, food is good, staffs are very friendly. Property is clean and rooms are big.

Hotel is well with in the town, very close to government offices, hospitals and markets. Hotel is well maintained, very clean and good ambience. Food is excellent. Room service is great.

But service is bad, then morning break fast is limited, both and room cleaning is good. I will give 3 out of 5.

Property’s Airconditioning was leaking water into the powder room which was leading into Washrooms. Even after repeated complaints no one turned up to make sure it was corrected when complained the response was sorry nothing beyond. No cold water served. No breakfast served. No restaurant attached to the hotel. Intercom doesn’t work. Making it impossible to contact the Room service or House keeping. Had to go to the reception everytime. One towel was given for two guests. No toiletries placed. Staff with very limited power to get things sorted. Refrigerator was a prop and not connected to the power. So cold water. No tea pots in the room. TV remote missing. When asked was responded that it wasn’t there.

Day one of my stay was okay. However day 2 was horrible. I realised that Refrigerator in the room is not connected. AC drips water into the ante room towards the Rest room. I was on the most premium rooms of their property. Water bottles are served at room temperature in peak summer. When asked for cold bottles they are charged over the listed MRP. When asked to clean the room told that they will come at their own sweet time. When requested if there would be any compensation phone is slammed on your face. Intercom doesn’t work. TV in the room okay however there is no remote to operate leaving you at the mercy of your luck.

Good stay, big room with small size bed with small beds and small beds for the bed with small bedrooms for the oworotoe
