The stay was very good, the rooms were clean and spacious

The property is very old and poorly maintained. Water supply is inadequate, with taps not working properly and flush systems not functioning. Overall service is very poor. There is no lift, no swimming pool, and no covered parking. Considering these issues, the pricing is unreasonably high.

i had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. there was no internet connection provided. even the intercom phone wasn’t working, which made it difficult to reach the reception. there was no room service for breakfast or dinner, which is quite inconvenient. for this price, you expect at least basic facilities to be in working condition. many other hotels, even at lower prices, offer better services and amenities. based on my experience, i wouldn't recommend this hotel – definitely not worth the amount paid.. ni pics. no pics

good for one night stay but to stay more than 2days is not suggested bcoz of untidy room ie sticky floors and untidy mat but bathroom was very good my 4 year child ate 2 pieces of idilies from us total 3 complimentary breakfast for which they charged 50rs extra but no issue. only issue was the hotel as no link with any car service since we had a minor issue with my car with I had to solve personally which took extra 3 hrs to find my cars solution

This is one of the best place to stay at Srikakulam. Staff behaviour is really good and they are helpful.

location is good..... rest all are worst. the hospitality is terribly worst. staff are not courteous.

The hotel does not have room service. Even for simple requirements of tea and coffee. With the price charged at least tea bags can be given in the room. Home stay places at half of this price are better than this Hotel. Second point no one speaks any other language other than Telugu. If not Hindi, at least few staff should understand English.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Response from hotel staff and room service also very good. Breakfast is not upto the mark.

Service is not good. Staff attitude & language problem. Even the bed tea is not available before 8am. Wifi not working & mobile network is very poor here.

Hotel ambience is excellent to stay with family and friends. Services are really good and i would thankful to the team and management. Food is good to taste. Prices are little high but i would highly recommend others to go and stay happily at sunrise. Thanks to the management.

hot water facility is not good... room cost & facilities are not tallied... small things medical kit also not provided... breakfast is fine.... Staff co-operation is fine... Management will observe some things....

Very nice atmosphere and polite attitude from staff. Food was too good to taste.

Staying good , but reception not good manners..we are check in late 7pm that's reason we are asked for 30.min late check out because meeting in branch .but not polite way respond reception one female and male employee.

Poor maintenance and not worthy! you can't even get proper food in this hotel. I strongly recommend not to book this hotel.

You never give discounts to me. But take away my precious time. That's not good

room fare is 3500₹, reasonable amount is 1500-2000₹. complimentary breakfast is limited 2 idli 2 puri 1 dosa for entire room occupants, tv didn't work for more than 1 day, no lift facility, cleaning staff is excellent
