HOTEL METRO INN

It was quite a good experience, hope to get room services and water availability next time

They are a bit crossed that this was an online booking and insisted booking directly next time. We have 5 rooms booking out of which for 1 room, we wanted to extend stay for 2 hours, though our checkin time was after 4pm instead of 12noon. They were not flexible to accomodate us for 23 hours i,e. till 3pm . They mentioned online is for 12noon -to 11am next day and if u want flexibility of 24 hrs, you should book directly.

Hotel in a dilapidated condition. Broken furniture's and fittings. Hotel staff unhygienic. Poor service. No restaurant's attached with the hotel. Poor wifi connection. Value for money poor.

Dirty rooms, floor, bedding and inside the room cockroaches walk on the floor and bathroom. Hotel price rs - per person but during the visit i show the terrif card and shocked because of the hotel actual tarrif is rs. - per person. No food facility available in the hotel and hotel charged rs. 90 for water betel provided in the room during the stay between 14th to 18th december 2023. Hotel room tv not working properly and i became allergic to the bad smell coming from ac and my eyes started getting watery along with nose.

According to price it's not good

no water complimentary, no. no complimentary water we have to purchase with our own during our stay it's bad experience. the hotel has no parking if we park it repeatedly we are changing

Me and my husband tried to night stay in this hotel on our way to hyderabad. The hotel room is not very impressive it’s kind of small and weird, a pillar was there right beside the bed which made the room look even smaller. There were mosquitoes in the room which did not allow us to sleep properly at night. No wi-fi, phone does not work, bed sheets are stained, very bad location, very over crowded area of location, no proper parking space only 1 car can be parked comfortably. The only purpose of taking this room was to have adequate rest at night during the long road trip, but we could not catch a good sleep at night. Horrible experience. I would never like to book this hotel again.

Bed is not good. Blankets are bad. Room walls are having lot of bad marks. Towels are torned. Not a good experience. Pics shown in website are not matching with reality. Location is good.

The best hotel for all types of customer very happy to receive such type of service from staff cleaning department reception the atmosphere of the hotel is like home it is located middle of the commercial areas where you get food shopping and entertainment

Property location is very near all shopping malls and shopping market. All mode of transport is available

No hot water, fan is not working.
