Staff behavior is so bad And they start charging after checkou

They have very bad behavior they don't know how to talk with the customer after check out timing they will charge for per hour they will not allow you to stay for more than 30 min after the checkout timing

My experience at this hotel was truly luxurious. The staff were highly courteous and cooperative, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. The cleanliness and overall upkeep of the property were impressive, and all services were delivered promptly. The room I stayed in offered a beautiful window view, adding to the overall charm. The food was exceptionally delicious, making the dining experience memorable. Overall, I would rate this as the best hotel in Landmark City and highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, quality, and outstanding hospitality.

We, 3 family members booked 2 rooms for 4 nights. We did not find the hotel 3 star from any angle. The rooms were very small in the name of deluxe. There was garbage on the side of the fridge, toilet seat, window, bed. There was empty hand wash bottle, no bath soap, late in picking up phone calls, no reply to the order (sometimes), cold tea, ordered food brought without covering... no effect even after talking, broken sofa, no daily cleaning, no toilet paper, toilet seat tank leaking, TV did not work for a single day, taxi fare is high due to being approximately 5 km away from the city, after coming to the hotel, there is silence outside, darkness, no shops, if you need something, you have to travel 5 km by taxi, even online taxi operators do not come. Food was ok... Ok

Nayara is given the worst room of the hotel, where some features were not working. They changed extra in food (in two meals) although two meals were already paid from MMT.

I liked the hotel and the staff and food there was very good. I have no problem in stopping and I will also prepare others to stay in this hotel

THE STAY IN THE HOTEL WAS EXCELLENT. ALSO ALL THE STAFFS WERE GENTLE AND GENEROUS. THE OVERALL RATING IS EXCELLENT.

They did not provided toiletries and also you were expected to use 1 towel for 2 people. The bed sheet was torned.

It was a great hotel at this price point. Upto date, good location, well maintained, decent staff. Well maintained.

The stay was pleasant. Staff was responsive and made sure that out experience was comfortable. We stayed there for 4 nights. Breakfast options could be better. But the dinner service was really fast and the food taste was really good. I would recommend this hotel to other people as well.

Property is average. Restaurant starts at 8:00. If anybody wants to leave early no option. One of the rooms had no water in restroom had to change.

Suite room was not as expected. Water from the hand shower was leaking and the tea kettle had some kind of a fungal infection in it. Even some of the bed sheets were torn.

It was a good stay, clean washrooms and linens. We ordered some snacks and the taste was also good. The only issue was when we asked for extra bed for which we already paid, they just provider one mattress and when we asked for one extra mattress since it was cold there, they denied.

I observed that staff behave is nice and kind decent, room facility is also good and food is tasty.

Property location is very good the food was amazing the staffs were very good this hotel room are excellent new technologies are there i will to this hotel soon

Stay was nice. I faced bathroom was always wet because of water leakage inside the bathroom. Prime location, all staffs are polite and well manners.
