Cleaning can be better, specially washrooms. Insect killer should be used quite frequently and staff should respond while asking for daily morning stuffs like toothpaste.

Good room, dirty washroom, no complementary water bottle (though its only about 30 rupees) but hotels should extend this much facility- the basic one

When they booked party there are loudly music late nights. So we trouble late nights. Ek staff jo 6 may ko ruka tha behiver achcha nahi tha. Is baa r ka staff achcha tha

Had bulk booking. Location is not in city centre. No complimentary regular water or water bottles in room, we need to buy buy water bottles from hotel. Staff kept asking about paying some x amount without sharing itemized bill/slips. Got hand written note after few hours mentioning room wise expenses. Yet to receive proper bill for the extras.

Worst experience, worst staff, rude behaviour, abusive language. Worst reception behaviour. Don't stay

Terrible hygiene and rooms. The bathrooms were not even cleaned. Very bad experience. No staff members were there to help with it.

check in tym aur hotel ke check in schedule me diffrence tha. Aage se sudhar ki jarurat hai. But all good experience

Not suitable for family with kida. As every where it is mentioned "allowed unmarried couple. This property is suitable them only. Room cleaning is very bad, my booking was confirmed and even i confirmed the check-in time, but they did not change the bed sheets. Took payment through up i but denied to provide food bills.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel crown royal. Every staff member i encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! thank you! will recommend to my colleagues!
