No one called for check-in i was calling to reschedule bus time but due to no one responding it’s loss of money

Room was very poor . Firstly it was room which almost like a store room . Dirty linens and Pillow was also very looking. I did not have the heart to remove the pillow cover and see . Not s single day my room was cleaned . There was a damn in my room . I had a wild stay . Only good thing was stuffs were very polite

Very Good spacial clean rooms, Good Behaviour from staff and Tasty Foods available. Economic stay.Would like to visit again this hotel

Single rooms are below average. But okay to stay overnight if you are coming for a business trip or some work.

My recent stay at a third-class hotel in Dibrugarh was disappointing, with poorly maintained rooms, unhygienic bathrooms, and unprofessional service. Despite the central location, the overall experience was not worth it.

The property is in a good location and near to railway station and airport of Dibrugarh, food quality is average and needs to be upgraded, polite, helping and cooperative staffs, bad smell found in the room, bathroom needs to be upgraded and smells needs to be taken care of, overall good property 👍

The room that was alloted to me was very small & dirty. Room accessories were not up to mark. Total unsatisfied.

Everything is beautiful about this hotel, just an issue I had faced that is the landline was not working at that time. Hope it's up now.

Room size is small ,bed is small, bathroom is average,hot water issue was on day 1, intercom was not functioning. Room service is prompt and people are polite, breakfast spread was very good.

Poor room cleanliness. Used linens are laid. Used towels in bathroom. The room was smelling foul , bad. Bathroom was also very unhygienic.

Best place to stay if you’re looking to hold the night within the city center for shopping etc. The new building is best, but the old one needs renovation and care.

Hotel Classic is good hotel in a good location. Staying is a comfortable,having a luxury touch. Atmosphere is friendly,Staff is cordially behaved.Food is finger Licking. Over all,good experience in Imphal before fly back.
